Terms of Service
Last updated: May 2, 2026
Manifesto Engine prints software architecture, local artifact scaffolds, verification receipts, and factory packets. It is a developer tool, not a substitute for professional security, legal, financial, medical, or compliance review.
Use of the Service
You may use Manifesto Engine to generate blueprints, plan factory packets, and, where enabled, fabricate local code artifacts. You are responsible for reviewing generated output before using it in production.
Accounts and API Keys
If you create an account, you receive an API key. Keep it secure. Actions taken with your key are treated as actions by you. We may rotate, suspend, or revoke keys to protect the service.
Credits, Purchases, and Downloads
Hosted credit packs, one-time products, and domain packs may be sold through Stripe. Unless a product page says otherwise, digital purchases are delivered through a success page or account history. Download links may be limited to prevent abuse.
Generated Output
You own your prompts and may use generated output subject to these terms. You are responsible for validating correctness, licensing, safety, and suitability for your project.
Acceptable Use
Do not use the service to generate malware, evade security systems, perform unauthorized access, abuse infrastructure, violate law, or harm others. We may block prompts, throttle usage, or disable access for abuse.
Availability
The service is provided as-is. We try to keep it useful and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or perfect output.
Contact
For purchase or account issues, contact the operator of Manifesto Engine through the channel listed on the product or checkout page.
